Ryan was very professional and very helpful in answering the questions I had. I told my husband how impressed I was with him and Northeast Acura. I absolutely love my car and I am very happy that the dealership is a class act.
There was nothing wrong with the actual service on my car. The person who assisted me was also very friendly and polite. However, I dropped my car off for an inspection at 10:30am, and when I hadn’t heard anything I replied to the service text to see when it might be ready. No one responded. I then waited 3 more hours and never received a call or text. I called the service department to find it had been ready for several hours. No one ever contacted me to let me know. This was disappointing as I drove all the way home just to drive back, when in fact my car had been ready all along.
Everything went fine. Great staff.
