everyone we encountered; Steve, Ryan, etc were all friendly and professional. I always feel very comfortable there and appreciate the hospitality, explanation and value of my time. However, we do have a question about one of our charges which I didn't at the time. My husband will call tomorrow and get it sorted out. In any event, I give Acura an A+

Bob was wonderful. He was personable, professional and handled my auto emergency in a timely matter. I have to say that all the Acura staff always exceed my expectations so I would have expected nothing less from Bob. I was not disappointed. He’s a keeper. It’s partially because of the quality of employees that I would never buy any other kind of vehicle. Thank you for always making me feel special, despite the fact that I drive an ‘05 RL!

The service took longer than what I was told. I was told I needed a service that was never done over the years I owned my car. I have only had service from you. Turns out the person was reading from the history of some other car. Not mine.
