The infotainment panel is now working normally. Only time will tell us if the repair does the trick. The important thing is that you are trying to correct what appears to be a very allusive problem. Kudos for persevering with this problem and let’s hope your fix did the trick.

Car windshield was damaged while in for service. This should have been brought to our attention prior to us paying and noticing this on our own once we got in the car.

Driving home I noticed the hood vibrating. It was not completely latched because a flashlight was preventing the hood from securely locking.

Steve was very helpful discussing what options I had for my car service. He kept me informed as to the progress and even helped out with an issue of brought in back in January - Steve wasn’t the one who helped me in January, but I feel that my issue would have been resolved back then if Steve has been the one helping.

Everything was wonderful. Ryan was very accommodating. When I made the appointment I was told I would have a car to take but this was not the case when I arrived but they were able to get the service performed while I waited. My only complaint is they forgot to apply the service reminder sticker! I use this to keep me on track and help me plan for the next oil change. This happens often though, not just here.
