I paid for a detail service and it looks like the interior was only casually cleaned. There are still coffee stains I could easily wipe off. The leather doesn’t look like it was treated at all. There is loose dirt on the vinyl. For the money I paid I could have received a much better service somewhere else. I was expecting much more.

Steve is both friendly and professional. He explained the recall service that was done and went out of his way to put a new license plate holder on the rear plate where it was cracked and broken. Great customer service!

2nd trip to have tire fixed in 8 days! I asked the person checking me in to make sure they put a valve cap on as the service people left it off on my 1st trip to the shop. Also disappointed that even though we told them that we had felt a staple or something small and metal, The first resolution was a diagnosed as a leaking sensor.
