They never called me the day of to pick up my car. Confirmation number was texted me day before but the follow up never happened. I had to make 5 calls to service department asking when my car would be picked up for service... Address was given to three different service reps. Rep from day before was told the address not sure why it was updated. bob wasn’t very nice. He was already given prices instead of telling me what issue was... inspection sticker on my car wasn’t peeled off, still sticky Residue from the old sticker...this why I decided not get any further work in the future
