With my car being with northeast for almost 3 weeks after 1 week I requested a spoiler that northeast installed be refastened for the 4th or 5th time since install. This wasn't done. Figured my car might get cleaned too but no biggie. I'm very satisfied in all other respects and always fine the staff at northeast to be very friendly, clear communicators and straight shooters.

Mr.Mcgrath was great ????. Found the problem in 15/20 minutes. Worth the trip from Glens Falls. You won’t be disappointed. I Will go back to Northeast Acura.

Steve is great. He is personable and thorough. He advised me about a recall for my vehicle which will be taken care of at a later time. He went through the work that was completed and the status of the various components of the car such as tires and brakes. We talked about upcoming service requirements as well. He is the best.
