Bob was so kind, considerate and one of the friendliest service individuals I have ever interacted with. He made us feel so comfortable and confident that the work was going to be completed in a timely manner. He kindly showed us the way to the lounge and invited us to a hot drink. About 1/2 later, he came into the lounge and asked us how we were doing and my vehicle should be done very soon.

Steve Duncan has always went above and beyond to assist me and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his customers. Even though he was assisting me with everything. When I first received my car after Northeast Acura has it for one day, my light was still not fixed. I returned my car back to Northeast Acura within a hour later. Received my car a week later. Headlight is fixed, now my signal front light is out. It seems like something is always wrong with this vehicle.
