My inspection was running out and I forgot to mention to get it done. My fault. But I think tech should have mentioned that it ends end of July. Tim did a great job though.

John was excellent in his customer service. However, I was told by service mgr. that it would only be 1 hr. 15 mins.tops 1 hr. 30 mins. It ended us being a bit over 2 hrs.

Success of results of the two repairs are TBD. Tim was couteous and wants to understand the problems. I am very satisfied with how he served me. As this was My third visit for recurring, mysterious issues, we need time to see how the “fixes” are working.

Chris helped me figure out what service my car needed - I really don’t put enough miles on to trigger the usual service alerts, so I bring it in annually just in case. He explained what was done and what would be needed next year. He’s the main reason we come back to northeast Acura because he’s taken such good care of my family over the years (and 3 Acuras).

John is the best. He advises me on needed maintenance for the car and explains it clearly for me. He is personable and takes time to listen to my questions. I normally do not take my vehicles to a dealer for maintenance but I trust John and will continue to go to Northeast Acura.
