The text messages was confusing, but I understand there were some technical problems. However, when I picked up my car, I had to look for it and found that I did not get the complimentary car wash. We asked that someone call me or my husband since we had a question, but did not receive a call.
The problem was fixed, just used to a different standard of service

While the vehicle was being serviced John provided me with continuous updates as to the details of my vehicle repair and estimated time of completion.
