My experience with Acura wasn’t pleasant I would usually have a way better experience with your staff. I felt like my last service advisor was very rude how he came off towards me. It’s the way you speak with someone and how you interact. I’ve had other staff when I would come in that would listen to my concern and actually fix my problems. I would rather have another service advisor handle my issues with my car. I pay you for service that wasn’t done correctly. Not to mention the last time you guys did service on my car with replacing the allternator you guys left the hammer in the hood. When I got home and my father check to see what you guys have done he found a hammer inside. Also I did mention to him about certain things wrong with the car that all he said was ok ok. If I’m not going to get the help I need. I will take my service else where.
Great service was had as usual from Northeast Acura
I had no appointment, I just walked in and John listened to me and took care of my problem. That’s why I have been with Northeast Acura since 2003
Service took a long time to complete an oil change. We were told that there was a break in last night and damage to cars. Some mechanics were repairing those so the shop was backed up. Tim apologized and provided coffee and a Acura bag

My service advisor-Chris Collins - was extremely professional and kept me informed of the progress of my cars service in a very timely manner. Chris’ Dx of my cars issue was spot on which expedited the repair and me getting my car back in a timely manner.
Service was good. The wash job was pretty poor as compared to past cleaning. They did not appear to wash roof at all.

Service not complete. Nail/screw still in tire. Also, paid for interior and exterior detailing and the car is still filthy. Very disappointing as dealership had car for 24 hours and claimed all service was complete.
