I was impressed with all the service I received at Northeast. Steve was great to deal with, personable, professional and explained thoroughly everything involved. From the moment I walked into the service dept everyone was very attentive specifically the receptionist, Dolores, and another service rep, who's name I can't recall. I've dealt with Keeler and Volvo at Cap Luxury Cars and I think your staff is the best I have dealt with. Labor rates were also reasonable. I would highly recommend Nietheast.

Even though my 2003 Acura TL needed a new transmission ( that I can’t afford nor is the car worth putting it in) Stephen was incredible kind and wonderful as he delivered the bad news to me. Super friendly and empathetic which I liked. Your service secretary Deloris was also incredibly wonderful with helping me also. She had to deal with the annoyance of Tripple A as they needed permission to tow off the property. All the staff I encountered were wonderful!
