I noticed that prior to leaving the dealership that the rear rail was not appropriately in the track & this was ‘corrected’ prior to leaving. However, when I was home - it was clear that the front rail was also not seated appropriately & was just jammed between the rails. I had to take the entire rack off & quicky saw that left & right taps were not on the correct sides & that none of the fixtures were tight. I trusted my car to your dealership & was severely let down, not only was I required to make A second trip to the dealership, but each time I waited for three hours while your technicians attempted to install a roof rack. When I inquired about this on the phone, I was told “we do these all the time we have perfect knowledge of this. “ I was planning on calling the dealership and asking to speak with your general manager on Monday, yet since you are reaching out please have him/her call me at ****-****-xxxx. This was quite possibly the worst dealership service I’ve ever encountered.

We were able to bring the car right in...thought it needed a new battery...the service department and they checked it all over...found the battery to be just fine and didn’t charge us a dime!!! I love everything about Northeast Acure and will never go anywhere else!! Thank you!!! Debbie Campagna
