Chris did an excellent job for us. We had left the car in your lot on a Sunday night and put a key in the mail slot with a note. He responded early Monday morning and was able to get the car diagnosed and fixed by noon. Along the way Chris gave us great attention. He explained the failure pattern of the coil that had failed and gave us a couple of options on the replacement coil. An added bonus was his ability to explain the operation of our 2014 RDX (from NEA) which we were never clear on and also helped us with getting the voice instructions on our phone GPS to work. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful-really a pleasure to do business with. We have also worked, in the past, with Tim who was also very good.
