Stephen and Chris were great and I appreciated that we now know what is wrong with my passenger seat. However there were many scratches on the interior of my vehicle from removing the passenger seat. Chris took photos and I have not received an email with those photos yet

They put a heated steering wheel on and now when you hold of a steering wheel perfectly straight the car goes to the left my original steering wheel that came with the car did not do that so I'm very unhappy

Chris is always good to deal with. I am glad he is back. It is nice to see a helpful face who knows what he is doing. John Whalen was excellent. I am very sad that John Whalen is no longer with you. He was hands down the best person I have ever dealt with in a service department. He was terrific with the customer and I felt great bringing the car to Acura when he was there. Chris is the only familiar face left in your service department. Clearly there is something very wrong with your dealership. Your service dept is a revolving door. I like my RDX very much but I liked coming to your service dept when John was there even more. Next time I return with the car and if Chris is gone again I'm going elsewhere for service.
