Problem was not adequately checked or addressed when the car was serviced. While driving home to Long Island two days after picking up the vehicle, tpms light came on. Brought to Smithtown Acura where it was determined left rear tire sensor (the tire that was flat and that I had expressed concerns about) needed to be replaced. Ultimately resulted in spending several more hours at another car dealership for them to diagnose and fix the problem. I’ve had good service in the past at Northeast but this was very disappointing and inconvenient.
Only here during the summer so generally it's only once a year service. I'm treated like your best customer

With the service experience I am satisfied. Unfortunately with the service results I am not as broken glass is still present in the vehicle (under the driver's seat, rails and floor mats). Glass shards are still in the driver's door as well but another appointment was scheduled to address that issue. I am disappointed for being sold and then released a clean and safe vehicle when it was not especially after the inconvenience and time spent on appointments to resolve the same problem.

This has been an issue that has been going on since August 24 of 2018 and I purchased the vehicle on July 16, 2018. After 11 months of patiently bringing my vehicle back numerous times for service it still has not been rectified. I feel completely treated unfairly and I am unhappy with the service I received from Northeast Acura. I will put that on any review that I requested of me and I will never purchase a vehicle from there again nor will I refer anyone asking. I would prefer to have the transaction undone and my funds returned. I do not feel I wouldn’t be treated the same way if I were of a different ethnicity and/or if I had purchased or leased a brand new vehicle. Because my vehicle was a used purchase I believe I was treated unfairly and I was duped into buying a extended warranty that is serving me no purpose at the moment. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied!

Calling tomorrow oil is leaking out of my car. Stained my brand new garage floor as it is a brand new house and concrete isnt sealed yet. Victoria great friendly. Ist appointment I had to leave as there wasnt a loaner available then this. Diana
