Steve was amazing and super helpful. We were visiting from out of state when our car died. Steve quickly got us in on a late Saturday and was able to get us into a loaner. By Tuesday the car was fixed and ready to go. Steve was super professional throughout the process and demonstrated great customer service and communication skills.

My only issue was that I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and it actually took 2 1/2 hours...I would have dropped it off and came back had I known...but the service was excellent as usual....Northeast Acura is awesome as always!!! Debbie Campagna

Service and Sales need to communicate and not mislead potential buyers. Every question I asked Service regarding what was told to me before the sale of the vehicle was unanswered. Not happy with my purchase

Went in for B1 service. The next day there was a puddle of clean engine oil underneath the car. I am in Pittsfield, Mass and did not want to risk a long drive with oil leaking. Local Honda dealer discovered the oil drain plug loose and the O ring seal or gasket not seated. Cost me labor for the Honda dealer and the loss of a half day's pay from work to get the leak fixed. Considering I spent $1,750 for the total work done at Northeast Acura on Saturday, June 29, I am NOT happy. I think you need to convince me why I should use your dealership again.
