When I came in to pick up my CRV, there were not enough service reps helping customers. They were there at their desks but not taking customers. Only one rep was taking customers as a long line started to form. This had never happened to me before at Honda so it was a little inconvenient. Also, my car had not been put through the car wash. I know this is luxury, but after a bill of $433.00, I was disappointed. The women who returned my car did not even offer to put it through the car wash while I waited. After four years of owning a Honda, this was the first time I had less than perfect service.
Your service is why I always buy Honda vehicles. The best I’ve ever experienced.
Service was completed in far less time than estimated, which is always a pleasant surprise. All staff were courteous and pleasant. I appreciate being given a quote for new tires rather than being pressured to make a decision on the fly. I will be back soon to purchase the tires and have them installed.
My service today was done very fast. My service advisor was friendly and helpful.
The woman who helped me in the service Dept was excellent. My battery was failing and she called to another Honda dealer and realized that the battery was under warranty, so I didn’t have to pay for the new one. I’m out of what for the next 9 weeks due to my employer breaking his leg, so this is very helpful for me. Thanks for taking the time to check. These are the reasons that my family buys our cars from Saratoga Honda rather than Della in glens falls even though we live in Bolton landing. Thanks again
