Melissa was excellent!! Only issue was when I drove out I couldn’t figure out how to reset the message on the dash that says reset calibration???? Still trying to figure it out??!! I wish the service guy had done it!!

Brian is the absolute best. I am always so happy when he is available to check me in for my service. Today I also was fortunate to have Andrew working on my car issue and he was amazing as well. They both took great care of me and I can’t say thank you enough to them both.

I was very happy with my service experience. One very minor comment is that both my dash display and heat settings were changed from where I left them. It would be nice if these were returned to there original settings before getting the car back. Again, not a big thing but something to improve the customer experience.
