I dropped my car of for routine maintenance this afternoon. My appointment was for the next day but I dropped it early as we have been expecting unseasonable weather. Saratoga Honda was able to fit me in and I had my car back before the day was done. I was greeted as soon as I drove into the service area and everything was explained and efficiently conducted. I had new tires put on my CRV last week and the low pressure light came on yesterday on my way to work. I turned around and was greeted at the service door right at 7AM. I needed to get to Albany by 8AM, so the service team had me in a rental by 7:12AM and I was able to make it just in time. They were extremely kind and efficient and able to fix the new hole in my tire before I came back at the end of the day. The service is always excellent, but it really went above and beyond yesterday. Thank you!!

I really like my Michelinn tires better for the ride on my Accord. Not so happy with the Good Year tires. Also
I overpaid in my check and at that moment couldn’t write another. I would appreciate the reimbursement when possible. I was offered a credit but would prefer reimbursement. Thank you.
