Someone cracked my bumper. It was not cracked when I dropped it off and now it is. I am incredibly disappointed. I understand that sometimes accidents happen, bit there is no reason that I can imagine why someone did not bring this to my attention and apologize. I consider this to be completely unacceptable.

You need to put right in your email about appointments (where customers can schedule online) that the waiting area might be unavailable so people can plan what to do during that time, or if they should have someone drive another car too, so they’re not stuck outside in bad weather. Unfair not to be upfront about this.
