Overcharged when initially billed. Had I not asked Kate when setting up shuttle about my extended warranty I would have overpaid over $600.

This experience with Cam was horrendous from start to finish. It was so awful that I didn’t even fill this form out when it was sent to me because I didn’t want to type out the entire experience because it was so lengthy, over the course of DAYS that my car had to stay at Honda. I need to just request Brian when I come in for service at this point and not settle for anyone else. I thought coming in to get my summer tires on was so simple that it wouldn’t really matter who helped me. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
They got me in very quickly, did everything I asked and even provided a decent price after discounts. Cameron and the team were awesome.
I’ll keep coming back until I get a new vehicle. I wish Honda motor company would offer more than turbo charged cvts. I won’t buy any.

I put a new filter in just before I left my house. That I was upset about that.
Safety issues ie. Covid 19 were very well handled. Service people were very polite, took extra care to fund out about my extended warranty. Solving the noise issue was paramount for me. That has been resolved. It has highlighted one more issue which should also be under warranty and will be addressed next week. Thank you for good service. Overall grade so far...A+.?
