Lisa knows that an hour oil change and inspection turned out to be more than twice as long. The service was comped but my time is worth more than the amount I was credited. My daughter and grandchildren were waiting for me to return from my service to go boating aNd the entire day was disrupted. Lisa was apologetic ( sincerely) buy you asked my for my assessment and I am being honest. Before retiring I was a CEO of a 30 plus million dollar business and this type of mistake would be of great concern to me.

Was told service would be about 2 hours and it was closer to 4 hours. We would have organized our day differently if we had known it would be 4 hours. This happened on my last visit also. PS. Pay more attention to social distancing.
There was no hand sanitizer around. The doors are not automatic therefore had to touch the doors but nothing to sanitize your hands. Also, no self credit card machines. Employee had to touch credit card. Didn’t feel as safe as I would have liked.
