I bought this vehicle from Saratoga Honda in June. 30 days later it starts spitting a code for an auxiliary Battery malfunction. I would have thought this dealership would stand by the product they sold only 30 days before and repair the issue. Instead I’m spending $165 to fix an issue on it. This was the 2nd vehicle I have bought from your dealership but I will tell you with 100% certainty it is my last. I will never do business again with a company that will not stand by their product. I would expect this from some large dealership not located in a small town that supposedly in your home town dealership. I am a local Saratoga resident and I am absolutely disgusted by this. You just lost a customer for life over $165!!! I hope it was worth it. No need to respond to this. Good luck in the future if that is how you treat customers.

Tim was very patient with me as I voiced my concerns about having to make a return visit to fix a dashboard message/alert problem, and made sure to rest my fears. I am, however, not satisfied with the +$10/month interior protection program I agreed to for the very long term of my loan, and must return again to have water stain removed. I was told even worse stains would be able to be removed with just a damo cloth, but even water won't cone out. I also need to know why I only have 40% life left on my oil, when I've only driven a few hundred miles since I bought my car?! I assumed that you would obviously change the oil in a Certified Pre-Owned car that I'll be paying $310 a month on for over 6+ years! This is not acceptable, as I've been a loyal Honda owner for over 43 years, and have always praised my Honda service, but feel this was a shortcoming.
