Tim was extremely helpful and so wonderfully upbeat. He discussed all aspects of the service my car needed clearly and respectfully and made sure that everything was well taken care of. It took an hour longer than prescribed. I was waiting for my car and it took 3 hours instead of 2 hours. I understand my car needed new front brakes and the rotors cleaned but was told only an hour extra not 2. I could’ve been picked up had I known it was going to take that much longer.
