Service advisors seem very busy, some inform you that they will be with you as soon as possible which is good, while others just seem to avoid eye contact because they are swamped. It is great to have your service department busy but they almost look overworked, maybe hire more advisors or institute a number system where you pickup a number when you arrive and the next available advisor picks the next number. That avoids the awkward standing and staring waiting for someone to acknowledge you. Other than that issue your service department is the best I have been to.

Customer service was exceptional (Brian provided excellent customer service and the shuttle to/from work is a definite gamechanging +) but problem was not fixed and I needed to remain while problem was resolved.Luckily, when Brian tried to unlock the driver door to deliver my car, it stuck (reason for service). While the issue was remedied that same day, it cannot be rated as excellent service to pay for $239 in repairs at vehicle pick up, then wait additional time (car was there from 7:15 a.m. until 4:15 p.m.) for the corrected repair. Will try again and will look into possible car purchase soon. Hope all goes well at my next Saratoga Honda experience. Clean waiting room and great looking snack offerings.
