Second time I’ve used saratoga honda. Both times for oil change only. First time proved to excellent service. I stopped in for an oil change a month ago and was told I didn’t need it. Returned today to what appears great service, haven’t driven the car enough yet since oil change.Thankbyou Joyce D

We think there is something wrong with the AWD, and no one believes ya because the “computer would be telling us”. The car drives like RWD, not AWD, and today we learned that the rear tires need to be replaced while the front tires are okay. That appears to prove our point, but we are being given all kinds of reasons why this happened, and no one is willing to say, we might be right. It was purchased in PA in 9/17 because we lived there then. However during our move here, we drove through lake effect in Syracuse twice and both times the car responded to the weather as if it were rear wheel drive. It skidded and could go no more that 35 mph - when the 2001jetta w/o snow treads, and the 2010 Prius with snow tires were able to drive through those conditions at 45-50 mph. We bought the car to be a small SUV, because everyone we knew who had a CRV loved it. We are finding that this car is useless in snow, and perhaps we should have bought another Prius for $10,000 less instead. Frustrated in B Spa
