Melissa did a good job, the reason the experience was not excellent was because of the time it took for the work on my car (understand the shop was busy when I was there). About an hour extra over the expected time I was informed of, on top of it feeling a little pricey. I know the work completed at the dealer is good that’s why I decided to bring it there and Melissa was apologietic for the time it took to complete the work. Overall good experience just wouldn’t classify it as excellent.

Jordan was awesome. I called very close to closing time but she said come in and I’ll wait for you. When I arrived the mechanic and Jordan were waiting for me and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. That is exceptional service!!!!
They were all very friendly and helpful I came from a hour and a half away to get the service My son brought a new Honda CRV there last year and I was so impressed with all of their help that I bought my Honda here to be serviced
