The service advisor Jordan went above and beyond for me. She made sure all my concerns were addressed and taken care of before I left. I also would like to mention the service technician Rob he answered all the questions I had and went over everything with me. I am very pleased with my visit I had today.

My past 12 years experience with Saratoga Honda has been excellent; however I'm a little disappointed with the last service visit (recall fuel pump & inspection). This could have been avoided if I was told in advance; 1) They needed access under my rear seat (so I could have removed the seat pet cover as well as everything stored under the rear seat). 2) If the person who damaged the seat cover notified me when it happened. When I got home I noticed the seat cover had been damaged apparently when attempting to remove it, but nothing under the seat appeared to have been moved (most likely because there was so much stuff - everything except the kitchen sink). I had the seat cover strap that got ripped off sewed back on and also sewed a couple other rips in the material, but this then leaves me to wonder - if they were unsuccessful with removing everything needed to access under the rear seat; 1)What did NOT get done, was the recalled fuel pump not fixed? Therefore, would like to know what exactly was done in regards to the fuel pump recall. In the future would be more than willing to prep the vehicle for service if notified in advance that access to any certain area is required. If my vehicle or contents are ever damaged, would appreciate being informed... this leads me to wonder, in the future, if my vehicle is damaged in any way will I be made aware? *** Notice: Please do Not respond using my cell phone number 6241, may use either home phone 725-4120 or (preferred) email; (or) Sincerely, George J
