I had an excellent experience at Saratoga Honda service department I was greeted by my service advisor Lisa Valentino she was so helpful and knowledgeable she listened to my concerns and went out of her way to help me with a repair on my daughters driver side door I can honestly say that Lisa is the reason that I will be returning to Saratoga Honda for all my future repairs
