The cost was more than expected, but the representative approached me logically with options and suggestions which was appreciated. The waiting room is always surprisingly stocked with snacks and beverages to make waiting far less painful. Good service.
Service rep could not accurately describe the recall on my vehicle. He told me that an upgrade to software would prevent gas from getting into the oil but could not say how. I had to do my own research to understand that residual fuel from excessive fuel injection was causing fuel to leak past the piston rings. Additionally, I was quoted up to 45 minutes for a state inspection but it took 70 min. Lastly, my car gets ran through the wash without asking me and comes back dirtier than when I had it washed the day before. Specifically because it was not dried at all. I left very frustrated since I was now late to work.
Brittany with customer service was amazing!! That girl should get a raise!! She was so genuinely concerned with my issues and got me right in for my inspection within a few hours. Everyone was super today from the young man who met me in the garage , Jordan at the desk and of course Brittany. I will spread the word!

I has several services, including a recall service. The service department was very friendly and quicker than I expected. I can not recommend them any higher and I love bringing my car there because I know it will be done right.

Jordan Groncki worked efficiently and professionally then assured me my car was in good shape. On a busy Saturday, she combined hustle and calm expertly.
May first experience was to get my four tires mounted balanced and new valve stems . But they never installed the valve stems but of course they charge me for them . The second service adviser said they should never of charged me for the valves it should of been included flat rate charge . Not a really big deal just a inconvenience to me to bring the car back in to correct the work . They corrected the work but never offered to credit me back . I usually never write reviews but this time I am because I got the feeling they were more worried about a bad review than doing the job correctly .
