Had 4 new tires replaced on my 2016 SUV and my wait time was 2 and a half hours. Today had a routine maintenance and wait time was 2 full hours. Both times I was early but clocked my wait time from actual appointment time. Have been a Saratoga Honda customer since the 1980’s and have purchased several vehicles over the years and have always been very satisfied. Are you overbooking of late?
