As usual Saratoga Honda never disappoints!! Every person you encounter is courteous pleasant, and helpful beyond words. I have been a faithful Subaru driver since 1985 but my next car will be purchased from Saratoga Honda!! I can’t wait!!

I always receive prompt, (maybe a little wait to get checked in) courteous, and professional service. I know I could get cheaper repairs at any local repair shop, but the extra attention to the repair service being done as quickly as possible as well as being done correctly, and to making the wait comfortable is worth it...

Had my son bring in for A1 2 service. Cost over $400, was told brake trouble and shouldn’t drive it home. There was n indication whatsoever if brake trouble - no warning light, no leaks in driveway, do problem when stopping. Son even declined part of the regular scheduled maintenance (change air filters) . 400.00!!! I am extremely upset, and angry. Bought this “certified” preownd vehicle only 9 mos. ago Thia is the aecond time with the caliphera. “Certified neans squat to Honda anymore. Funny that I’ve owned several Hondas in the past but this is the first time I purchased the extended warrantee. You’re not only ripping me ff but also the insurance co. It was wrong not to contact me as the owner of the vehicle prior to undertakIng such a costly repair. I AM ANGRY
