This is my first experience having Saratoga Honda service my car. I am very pleased with the fine professionalism. We have three Lexus in our immediate household and I plan to bring them for future service. I like the plan to be able to pick them up before 7:00 pm.

Happy with service, price was reasonable, wait time reasonable, service area comfortable for a solo parent with three small children. The kid-friendly snacks make a huge difference. We felt comfortable overall. All my service issues were addressed satisfactorily.
