Although Gary knew I had a discount coupon and he knew what time I’d be coming by, he did not have the bill ready. Unfortunately it took him nearly a half an hour to check me out. Another time I could not have waited that long.

For a simple New York State inspection I feel as if it shouldn’t have taken almost an hour and a half. Other than that everything else was great.

Everybody was extremely nice. They said it would be an hour wait and it was. There was no pressure of getting my car fixed or buying a new one. A very relaxed environment. I will definitely be back.
