My experience was exceptional
Lisa was excellent and explained the necessary repairs & quoted the cost of those repairs so I was prepared. Also, I appreciated the ride service so I could pick up my car. Dylan was very personable and friendly.
Service was excellent. Ryan was prompt, courteous and helpful. We were out and on the road happy!
Excellent service as always!
Melissa was informative and personable. I enjoyed talking to her. She knew my name when I walked in the door and treated me like a guest. Honda payed for six six new fuel injectors, no questions asked. What's to complain about? Good work!
Had good experiences most of the time.
Vicki was awesome! Thank you!
My husband brought my car in for a 9:00 appointment for a leaking tire issue. They knew which tire was the issue yet he did not leave Honda for 2 hours for something relatively easy. Never thought it would take so long or we would have dropped the car off.
Happy with the service. And coffee ????
Thanks for reminding me about the NYS Inspection and pointing out the need for changing the differential fluid. I completely forgot about the NYS Inspection. Thanks
I’m surprised that with an appointment it still took over an hour to have an oil
Change
As always wonderful service. Let me know any issues that needed attention so I could get them taken care of.
Kate is wonderful and takes such good care of us customers.
Thank you Kate!
The service was very professional, courteous and from sales to financing to service everyone was very helpful.
Always a very positive experience
This was my second experience with Gary and your service department. Both good experiences.
1) I own a Honda civic. How do you not have replacement parts. Waiting one week to get a cooling fan is ridiculous.
2) I expected the bill to be a couple of hundred dollars. $1,000 - $1,500 is practically extortion. I can buy 5-6 air conditioners for that price.
3) Your automatic 10-point check-up is nothing more than a "fishing expedition" designed to drum up business.
4) Your salesman's callous indifference was chilling. It's as if he was thinking "Not my problem!" A concentration camp guard has more empathy.
And you wonder why no one brings their cars to dealerships to get them repaired?
