Kyle was awesome and he truly went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. The repair took longer than expected which had nothing to do with him and he apologized repeatedly. He was in complete professional and sounds like his job in every aspect that I saw. I looked at buying my car at Saratoga Honda but the prices were too high so I was hesitant about bringing it for service but it was very convenient but the service department exceeded my expectations and I will now be a customer and service department.

I asked Saratoga Honda to match a competitors price on four Continental tires for my Honda Accord Sport. Thomas Perillo met and exceeded my request and expectations!! I am very pleased that Saratoga Honda lived up to my expectations. I’ve purchased 6 Honda’s from them over the years and I feel that their willingness to negotiate/match competitors prices for service related issues is an excellent testament to customer service. This kind of customer service will keep me coming back to Saratoga Honda again and again to purchase a Honda vehicle and for my automobile(s) maintenance services!!!!

When I arrived at my scheduled appt to have a new entry key made, I was told you didn’t have one in stock. Had to make yet another trip up to dealer to get it done. You should have had the courtesy to assure I could have service done on day you made my appt.
