Kate, the service director was amazing. I see why she is in the position she is in. She has great personality and she listens to her customers. She is reason why I come to Honda and you need to do whatever it takes to keep her happy!! You don’t find people like her today!! She deserves to be recognized and promoted!!!

She had charged me $106.95 when as VIP. It was all free. I caught it myself after charge went thru and she refunded. About service, my hood was not completely latched as we suspected going down I-87

NYS Inspection was overdue and Honda service man caught it. All other service tasks I came in for were addressed. I was kept informed as I waited for my vehicle. Waiting area was very comfortable. Discount coupon and letter received were honored. All in all a seamless process. Only disappointment was the car wash was in need of repair thus my car was not able to be washed which is a complementary service I look forward to having.
