I came to Saratoga Honda for the first time after 20 years of being a loyal customer to one of your competitors. It was a great experience dealing with your service department. I was very impressed by the ability to make an appointment on line for the next day, the after hours service availability, the loaner vehicle offering and especially the level of service, professionalism and attention to detail provided by Melissa. Thank you, Ill be back for sure.
