Got an appointment quickly. Staff was prompt, courteous, helpful. Service area was clean and process was organized. Happy with the service that was done and grateful for the discount coupon. Thrilled that my 177,000 mile Pilot is still going strong.

I was told when I made appt. 45minutes to an hour . When I arrived he said 1hr and 20 min. It took 2 hrs.and I missed a Dr appt costing me $120 .Not happy ! When I got home they didnt even reset the service icons. This was my 1st time at Saratoga Honda and I certainly was not impressed or happy.

Ryan was fantastic as are all of your staff. I was there for an oil change about a month ago or so and was using a different service advisor. While checking out there was a lady there berating Ryan for no justified reason. She spoke to him and treated him about as poorly as I’ve ever seen and he handled it with professionalism and class. I’ll never forget that. I was very impressed with him that day. Something I don’t know if I or many people could have handled that well. Just seems like a really nice guy and hard worker. I like to be thorough with my car. My car is like a child or baby in some ways and I like to ask questions and be 100% sure about things regarding service. I don't appreciate when a customer service person acts like I'm crazy or too thorough. Saratoga Honda is better than Mohawk or Keeler, hands down; I'm just saying be more authentic and genuine when showing consideration and understanding. Thank you :)

My appointment was 9:30 for an oil change and brake fluid change and all wheel drive fluid change. Said it would be an hour. 2hours and 15 minutes later it finally got out of there. Something went wrong. Maybe over booking appointments. But that HAS TO STOP!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
