Tom was excellent !!! It was so nice to have a loaner car while my vehicle was serviced so I didn’t have to arrange for pick up at the shop. Tom was very helpful and went through all the servicing thoroughly. It was great to be able to pull right in and be greeted , and have my car pulled in for pick up on this very blustery cold day. Thanks so much - Tom and Honda.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experience I have had with a dealership. There were a number of issues but the worst issue was letting some other customer drive off in my car.

I’ve had better service there in the past but today everyone seemed miserable, nobody greeted me when I arrived. Very busy had to wait 10 minutes before acknowledged even though I had made an appointment. Advisor knew nothing about my online appointment even after giving her my name twice. Advisor walked by me while I was waiting with no updates on vehicle progress wouldn’t even look at me. An hour and a half turned into two hours. May not seem like a lot but when you have a toddler with you it is. Not sure why I bothered to make an appointment. Seating area was full no place to sit other than in show room.

Service was good , but I thought 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation was a little too long. Especially when I had an appointment.

Given the load of responsibilities as Service Manager, Nick was extremely attentive to my needs in connection with my vehicle purchased from SARATOGA HONDA. Nick and his crew were able to resolve an oil leak problem that would also help others in the future with the same or similar issue. Also, the turn around time was an impressive same day service from time of reporting; of which was after lunch. FIVE STARS ????????????????????
