Appointment took a little longer than expected (holidays)
It was very crowded today but they were able to get my car done in a little over what they had told me it would take so I was pleased with that. The service lady and all the service people were very courteous and helpful. I was pleased with my bill

Service is great. I just wish my car was washed when I had it serviced being I have the VIP package and am entitled to a free car wash every month. My car was covered in salt so I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the car wash. Other than that it was perfect.
Great experience as always. So glad to have such a great Honda dealership and service center close to home. I’m able to drop my car off and get a ride home to get things accomplished while my car is being serviced and be picked up when my car is ready. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this as a busy mom who has to make every waking hour count.

I phoned into the service department to schedule my appointment and inquire about the cost of the 14A code on my dash. I spoke to an individual that assured me the code signified an oil change and tire rotation, totaling 42.95. I replied, that the Honda website told me I should anticipate an oil change, tire rotation and timing belt inspection, amongst other tasks to which she replied that it was only an oil change and tire rotation; they would only check my timing belt. If it didn’t pass inspection they would let me know. She assured me that my service would only be 42.95.
When I arrived for my appointment the gentleman I met with informed me that my code meant what I had alluded to on the phone. Expressing that my total for service today would have been upwards of $600, VASTLY different than $42.95. Additionally, I had not arranged a ride because I was told my service would take an hour. This gentleman shared that his estimate for wait time was 3/3.5 hours. I shared with him the experience I had over the phone and explicitly stated I only wanted the oil change and tire rotation. That I was misled on the phone and did not feel comfortable paying for additional services at this time. This request was met.
Ultimately, the lack of knowledge of the individual on the phone left me feeling unprepared and caught incredibly off guard at the service center. I have been bringing my car for service for 5 years and I am not confident that I can trust the service provided, not to mention the service recommended.
