I can get an oil change, TIre rotation and filters in a TON of places. Two hundredand fifty bucks is overinflated for the services I received. Your people were great!

I appreciate that Tim was able to make an appointment for me on short notice. When I arrived, Tim greeted me warmly and immediately processed me in. I was also provided with an update on progress part way through the appointment. Everybody was very friendly and professional.
My only complaint about the entire process is that I would prefer to speak directly to the techs working on my vehicle instead of the person checking me in and out. I feel that the information is better given from the service tech, which avoids misinformation, and allows me to ask direct questions instead of having someone go back and forth.
I'm very satisfied with services rendered.
