I was extremely happy with my service. Tony kept me well informed along the way so no surprises i thought i would have to leave my car overnight but they went out of their way to get it to me same day and icing on the cake was it came to way less than i thought. Everyone from my service tech Tony Fears to all the attendants even the sales staff who were super friendly as i walked around the lot while waiting were super nice. Also the facility is super clean and Covid guidelines followed so I always felt safe. Thank you Nissan of Cerritos!!
I had lost my trust for Cerritos Nissan when service manager Meijer and sales manager really disappoint me. On the other hand I was in real need a professional assistance and I think Carlos Fuentes really made an impression on me. He was patient understanding to my last place of trust. Got a code P2119 to fix the throttle. Got it fixed at Nissan dealership. Went to get a smog check and the code to fix the throttle is still on. Had to go back to the dealership and they don’t even know why it’s still on.
