As usual Tony Fears is powerfully persuasive, yet humble and very polite. In all honesty I can’t see my wife or myself trusting our vehicle with anyone else. I’ve said several times that we live in Rancho Cucamonga and that there are numerous dealers closer to us. However, Mr. Tony Fears treats our vehicle as if it were his own. Tony suggested that our tire tread was less than 4/32 in the front tires. He let me make my own decision, however, I trust his judgement and decided on the Yokohama tires. They are the best for our vehicle and now three days later, I am happy I went with his suggestion because of our safety and a much much better tire. Wendell W

Very upset and disappointed with Nissan service center. The technicians lack values and ethics. I was quoted a price for parts plus labor for my a/c blower in my 2016 Nissan Versa. Total cost was $1900. Technician originally advised part had to be ordered and would take 6 days to arrive. I originally said yes, however, after going through my finances I realized I could not afford that amount. I called the technician back and stated to cancel the service. He then advised me that he had already ordered the part and if I canceled I would incur a cancellation fee for part which would estimate $280.00. Placed between a rock and ****, I reluctantly gave the green light for service of a/c. However, I contacted and spoke with a service technician at the Nissan service center in Huntington Beach and asked if the policy was true about paying a cancellation fee for $1000.00 part. He (Mark) said that if absolutely not true and Jacob lied to me. Mark stated that I have every right to change my mind especially since no service was completed on my car. After reviewing my receipt I was unable to find nissan’s policy stating I would be charged a percentage if part was already ordered and I cancel the service and want my car back. In all, had I not accepted service, I would have been charged a total of approximately $580.00 (diagnostic + parts cancellation fee) and still have no working a/c. As a retired veteran of 20 years in the Air Force I am completely appalled with Nissan’s business practices. Shame on you.

The service department was very busy. It took longer than usual. The service was good. Tony Fears jr was very busy but he would let me know the status of my service and how much longer it might take.
