Worst service and terrible communication. Never bringing my vehicle here again. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

I am very disappointed in the service I received. My advisor was Tony. I brought the car in primarily to address a headlight issue. Tony found $1400 worth of work needed but when I came to pick up the car, nothing was done to the headlights. Tony never contacted the body shop as stated and the advisor who helped me tried to cover for Tony, saying Tony had arranged everything with the body shop. However, the body shop guy had no clue about me and my car, making it evident the advisor was lying and trying to cover. I called Tony immediately only to be told he was busy. I left a message and no one ever called me back
I spent $1400+ and never got the issue fixed or even addressed.

Second time I’ve had Eric assist us at services. The guy has great customer service and I remember coming last year for the same issue. I believe this time he took all the initiative to make sure everything would be working correctly, and went above and beyond to change something that we didn’t take the care for (door handle). Of all of my experiences getting service at a Nissan dealership this time was the most pleasant (I’ve been to a few, Cerritos, Van Nuys, Universal City, and HB on several occasions) Eric was so friendly with clear communication and transparency on wait times. He gave me a full rundown of how the service went and the shape of my car. I will now be requesting him every time I get a service at Cerritos.
