I wound up at your dealership today because Nissan of Long Beach unexpectedly closed their doors. I called while standing in front of their shuttered service area and the receptionist told me Cerritos Nissan would take as soon as I could get there. I spoke to the gentleman that was parked in front of me that was also waiting for service and told him I was heading to Cerritos and he decided to join me. I was greeted by Tony’s friendly smile and professionalism. I immediately felt like I was in good hands. I really like the text updates as the service was being performed and no surprises at the end. But if I had to pick the one thing that will keep me coming back it is Tony. Good customer service from someone that is knowledgable in their field is a home run. He’s personable and makes you feel welcome the moment you pull up. Thank you Tony for taking a few minutes to be human and help ease the confusion that had started my morning at the closed doors across town. The service I received was exceptional
so thankful I was taken without an appointment. everyone was so nice. if they close down Long Beach Nissan,there goes my life free oil changes, but then nothing last forever so then Cerritos will be our new home for service.
