First time meeting Brian & he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Very pleasant experience!

I waited in the lobby room for two hours and when looking for my representative Ken 3 times never found him outside or on his desk. Then after 2 hours and 15 minutes I found him and he said “your here, let me get your car” I replied “ I been here remember I told I was going to wait for the vehicle reading a book and you told me it my be wait since there is on two technical doing the tune up service “. After 10 minutes he tells me that the car has not had the service done that it will be another 30-40 minutes. He tells that he wants to make up and will not charge me the service. I have always done my oil and filter change here but since we bought the car on March 2015 this last service was the worst customer service I have ever received. Arrived at 11:03am and left from there at 2:00pm. Absolutely ridiculous wait for an oil and filter change.

Jonathan was helpful , kind, and understanding. He also was very good estimating the wait time.

I had an appoinment an still waited an hour and a half. It only needed an oil change and tire rotation, it shouldn't take that long. I have notice an oil puddle in my garage under my car that was not there before I took IT in for service. I think its leaking oil from the oil filter. Very bad service in my opinión. Will not be comino back.

I had the worst customer service ever ! I was originally scheduled with Tony but he had me waiting 30 minutes for him after I complained several times Miguel Angel **** attended me and to be quite frank he was so nice. I could be a little bit more detail but at this point I don’t even wanna waste my time. I’m still debating if I’m ever going to return but if I do I will definitely request Kevin who is the person that provided so far the best service when I’ve gone.

Eric Adams is the best

Eric was very helpful, he explained everything in detail. He contacted me to give me an update on my service. He was very friendly and gave me a feeling of confidence that he would solve the problem with my ABS system

The only problem I have is the way my car was washed. My windows where dusty and dirty. The car was half washed

I receive a wonderful experience while I was there I couldn’t ask for better service.
