Jacob was professional and polite.... however, your good, better, best model is absurdly overpriced. $80 for ah basic oil change (not synthetic)? As an ex service manger, I understand labor rates and fixed absorption... but you are literally guaranteeing customers leave after 3yr/36. Many may actually leave before warranty expiration. I have

Jacob took exceptional notes on what my problems I was experiencing with my vehicle which lead to a speedy fix. Gave me suggestions on what services I needed for the future. So I decided to give him the okay to proceed and do the jobs because of the way he followed up with me. He was able to keep me informed of what was going on. He was great and would be back in the future.
