Your recall letter is not accurate. It states that the process only takes a few minutes. However, everyone I spoke to said 3 hours. Please change your recall notice. No one likes to be lied to.
I’m very happy with the service he provided he is very nice and efficient.
Tony listened to my concerns and he had an answer for each one. He was very respectful and responsible.
I have video of the problem occurring but because there is no “check engine light” they said they could not help me. My family has purchase over 9 vehicles not counting 3 infinity. I will never purchase or recommend Nissan/infinity ever again.

Deberían de tener más promociones o más bien descuentos cuando uno tenga que hacer los mantenimientos fuertes se los carros, eso sería muy bueno tanto para Nissan y lógico para nosotros también, de lo contrario uno puede buscar donde sea más economico.
