Kenneth Vasquez handled my 30,000 mile tuneup with all my expectations met. My 2013 370Z was ready for pickup one hour earlier than I expected and the car was cleaner than when I brought it to Cerritos Nissan. Jason has a lot to learn about customer service. When I asked him if I could speak to the service manager, he went and talked to him but didn't bother to tell him that I wanted to speak to him. Among other things that were done wrong.

No comments cause there was a air bag on in my car since I got it from them and they still have not fix it yet I got the car may 8 2019 so can you do something about that
